2. Providing Vouchers for Immediate Financial Assistance 

The loan fund will provide Northern businesses with immediate funds in return for goods/services to be supplied at a later date. Individuals who are interested in assisting Northern residents will purchase a “voucher” from a participating business (thereby providing immediate, direct support and income).  They will receive goods or services within the upcoming year.  This component requires the signing of assorted agreements with participating businesses.
