As Israel and other Jewish communities mourn the loss of Jewish and Israeli victims of the Mumbai terror attacks, who have been laid to rest in their communities, we are sombrely reminded that these innocent people were the focus of targeted terrorism and deliberate murder, where western and Jewish citizens of different sovereign countries were singled out and heartlessly slaughtered.
We wish here to express our horror and sorrow at the terrible massacre,
to reach out to their families with our condolences
and pay tribute to their memory.
